Summer Training Schedule

Yesterday, June 15th, was the first day of summer conditioning! It will be from 7-9AM. Please keep in mind that on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays we will be meeting at Calavera Hills Community Park/Center (about a mile up from Sage Creek). The address for the park is 2997 Glasgow Dr, Carlsbad, CA 92010. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9AM we will meet at Sage Creek HS to mix it up! Training groups will be determined based on your running history. Please do not forget to bring a water bottle to practice. Also, I have attached the important dates for summer conditioning along with the 2015 SCXC season schedule. Thank you.
